Ask Your Mind

Why is silence important in life?

The silent phase of life can bring great clarity to our lives as we are able to connect with our deeper selves to understand what we want.
Most of us do not understand our real needs. We are running after one thing after another but never feel satisfied. Only when we get to spend time with ourselves do we realise that much of what we were seeking was not what we needed.
Spend time with yourself, detach yourself from outside influence, talk to yourself, and figure out what you really want from your life. Once you follow your true calling, you will live life purposefully and passionately.

Do you add joy to other's life?

We all are capable of giving joy to others. It doesn't take much to make someone happy, just a willing, compassionate and empathetic heart.
Most people are unhappy about something in their lives. We cannot always change how they feel about it, but we can always try to comfort them. Giving time to people, appreciating and encouraging them, showing little gestures of affection, surprises and offering timely help can make a big difference in someone's life, making them more positive and joyful.
Always try to uplift others and add to their joy. Those who give and those who appreciate never feel a lack in their own life.

Why shouldn't we be discouraged when life seems at a standstill?
Stillness in life does not mean that you are not growing or making progress. It may be a slow phase, but life always has momentum.
Sometimes in life, we feel we are not making any progress in life. This is because, in everything we do in life, we look for results in material form. What we don't notice is that every time we try or make an effort, regardless of the results, we do grow internally, gain skills and develop strength.
Don't underestimate yourself if you don't see yourself growing. Growth happens in many ways; whether it's a lesson learned, an experience gained or a goal achieved, it is just that the inner growth can never be quantified.

How do you make a choice of your decision?

We always want to make it right in life. Every decision we make does not always get the desired result, but if we do it with our conscience, we do not regret it later.
Sometimes we have to make decisions in life, but we are unsure whether it is right or wrong. Actually, right or wrong is our perception, but what is true in life is reality. If we live consciously and take conscious decisions, we align ourselves with the truth of life.
When you choose your decision, ensure there is no conflict with your inner self. The decisions made on the truth may not be how we would like, but ultimately we realize they were for the best.
